You agree to keep your Account credentials confidential and to notify ovo4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. ovo4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
All ovo4d members must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. You will be required to submit the following documents:
ovo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.
ovo4d accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your ovo4d Account and KYC documents. Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits are typically credited to your ovo4d Account balance instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and the time of day (particularly outside standard banking hours).
ovo4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Verified members typically receive withdrawals within 3–5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day, and Nyepi) may be processed on the next business day.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals require KYC completion. ovo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious withdrawal requests to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must provide proof that the account is registered in your legal name and may be required to complete additional verification.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place a total of Rp 500.000 in bets before you are eligible to withdraw funds (excluding any bonus funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements).
ovo4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. By opting in to any bonus, you agree to comply with its terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ovo4d reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bonus for any player suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, betting on low-risk outcomes solely to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 2.000.000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack may contribute 10%–50%. All bonuses expire after a specified period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance). If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. ovo4d is not obligated to extend bonus expiry dates.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your real-money balance will be withdrawn.
All bets placed on ovo4d are governed by the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. ovo4d provides clear terms for each product category, including sportsbook markets, togel draws, live casino tables, and slot games. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended. ovo4d is not liable for any bets placed in error. Always verify your bet selection and stake amount before confirming.
ovo4d reserves the right to void any bet in the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, palpable mistakes, or technical malfunctions), suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the member's Account.
In the event of a dispute over a bet result, ovo4d's decision is final. All disputes must be submitted via live chat or email within 48 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ovo4d operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ovo4d.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction's arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
